The scope of services is determined by the individual project agreement and proposal provided before work begins.
All projects begin with a detailed proposal outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. The project does not commence until the proposal is accepted and payment terms are agreed upon.
If you cancel a project before work begins, the deposit will be refunded. If work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable, but remaining project costs will be prorated based on hours worked. Recurring service subscriptions can be canceled with 30 days written notice.
Upon full payment of all project fees, all original work created by me (including custom code, designs, copy, and graphics) becomes your property. However, I retain the right to:
Client is responsible for ensuring they have proper licenses and rights to all content (images, videos, fonts, plugins) provided to me for use in projects. I am not liable for copyright infringement related to client-provided materials.
The number of revisions and change requests varies by project and is outlined in the individual project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number will be charged at an hourly rate of $150/hour.
Significant scope changes after project commencement (known as "scope creep") will require a change order and may result in timeline and cost adjustments.
I provide estimated timelines for all projects. While I work to meet these deadlines, unforeseen circumstances, client delays in providing feedback or materials, or significant scope changes may push timelines back. I will communicate any delays promptly.
Client agrees to provide necessary materials, feedback, and approvals on a timely basis to keep the project on schedule.
I provide professional services based on industry best practices, but results depend on many factors outside my control, including search engine algorithms, market conditions, and client execution.
I agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during our engagement, except as required by law or with your written consent.
This includes business strategies, financial information, and non-public plans, but does not include general methodologies or industry-standard practices.
The maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.

I am not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account if security measures are not properly maintained.
While I strive for 99% uptime for websites I develop, I do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Website downtime may result from:

I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of new terms. For ongoing clients, significant changes will be communicated via email.
Before pursuing formal action, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and discussion.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, in accordance with American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.
